Castelluccio – a small mountain village, perched at 1,500m above a huge plateau. Located in the south of Umbria, it should be a focal point of a stay in Umbria – especially for hikers, photographers and nature enthusiasts

When the lentils bloom at the end of June and beginning of July, the huge plateau is a colorful sea of flowers. Breathtaking hikes are guaranteed. The small village of Castelluccio is happy to welcome every guest – they are still rebuilding after the earthquake in 2016 – but this does not diminish the hospitality. Big recommendation!
