The perfect Pasta – dough? The right time to add the drop of wine to the sugo? No problem! Daniela will introduce you to the secrets of genuine Italian cooking – a relaxed  afternoon in the kitchen of the Agriturismo or in her Restaurant up in Montone – filled with the smell of mediterranean spices, laughter, a glass of wine and last but not least all the simple tricks you need to know to cook “like an Italian”

The nice thing – Minimum 2 persons! In this case we organize groups together with other Countryhouses

WHERE? At the Agriturismo L’ARIETE or Daniela´s Trattoria in Montone

WHO? Daniela has 40 years of experience as a cook; she loves the simple, healthy and delicious Tuscan dishes from the area; most of her recipes are called “della Nona”, most explanations begin with “my mother made it that way” 🙂
